In 2011, Yutong made its first appearance at Busworld Exhibition. At the exhibition, it was awarded the honorary title Bus Builder of the Year Worldwide 2012. This fully shows the world’s recognition of Yutong buses. On Oct. 18, 2013, Yutong attended Busworld Exhibition by showcasing its two new bus models in line with Euro VI emission standards, including a 12-meter school bus (intercity bus) and a 9-meter intercity bus. It became China’s first bus maker to release Euro VI bus products.

This year, themed with “Now it is time to take a new step into the future”, Yutong will take as many as nine buses to the show, including school buses, city buses, travel coaches, forming the largest scale among its domestic counterparts. According to one technician from Yutong, four vehicle models, namely ZK6128BEVG electric bus, 12-meter travel coach, ZK6121HQ travel coach (manually operated) and ZK6101HQ school bus (with AT) will be put inside the exhibition hall. The other four vehicles, namely ZK6121HQ travel coach (with AT), ZK6121HQ intercity bus (with AT), ZK6101HQ intercity bus (manually operated), ZK6938HQ travel coach (with MT) and ZK6938HQ school bus (with MT) will be available outside the exhibition hall.

Apart from showcasing its latest bus products with the state-of-art technologies, Yutong also plans to release its brand new market strategies in Europe, showing the bus maker’s determination to push its brand into a new development stage in European market. Staff from Yutong Overseas Marketing Dept. also reveal that the company will roll out European customers tailored products and further explore the local market by joining hands with some well recognized local businesses. In the meantime, it is now working against the clock to improve its service networks, determined to create the highest value for its European customers.
To meet the special needs and requirements of European customers, Yutong has developed a wide spectrum of products, such as high-end tourism coaches, city buses, passenger buses, electric buses, and fuel-powered buses. In Europe, Yutong has now entered a sound and sustainable development track. After its official entry into the EU market in 2004, it has obtained WVTA certificate from EU.
