It can be observed that:
a. Sales volume of Foton Euro-Ⅴbus, an uprising bus manufacturer, fell 6.5% year on year, which was 17% less decreased than bus industry, especially their sales of 9~10-meter increased by 24.2%, 32 more vehicles than last year, which is 44% higher than industry growth.
b. Sales of Foton Euro Ⅴ Bus 11~12-meter, 10~11-meter, 8~9-meter decreased, but their performance were much better than average bus industry (apart from 8~9-meter). They contributed a lot in keeping bus industry declining entirely.
c. Foton Euro Ⅴ Bus ranked 15 from January to August in 2009, 8 ranking forwards year on year, and they sold 7~8-meter and 6~7-meter buses, too, and it seems like that they are marching to countryside and suburbs bus markets.

It can be observed that:
a. The overall growth of Foton Euro Ⅴ buses of all lengths is -16.9%, nearly 3% higher than bus industry average growth, especially sales volume of 11~12-meter bus which increased by 13.4% with 28 more vehicles than last year, while sales volume of bus industry decreased by 22.5%; 9~10-meter bus increased by 200%, and the bus industry -27.6% by contrast.
b. Sales volume of Foton Euro Ⅴ 8~9-meter and 10~11-meter buses decreased during the first eight months this year, which serves the main reason that sales volume of Foton coaches decreased.

It can be observed that:
a. Sales volume of Euro-Ⅴ increased by 21.3% from January to August this year than the same period last year, and sales volume of average industry decreased by 23.9%, indicating that Euro-Ⅴcontributed a lot in keeping bus industry declining entirely.
b. Sales volume increase mainly includes 10~11-meter, 8~9-meter and 9~10-meter buses.
