Sales volumes of city buses decreased 3.20% in 2009, nearly 5% than the figure in the first eleven months, and this is the eleventh decreases since last year, showing that city bus markets were influenced by the financial crisis, and this is also the main reason for the overall decreases of bus markets in 2009. When speaking of lengths, only sales volumes of 6-7-meter, 9-10-meter, 8-9-meter and 10-11-meter saw increases, and increase speed of 6-7-meter even achieved 196.3%, showing that markets increase in countryside markets is more and more clear. And sales volumes of other lengths were all decreasing, 5-6-meter saw the biggest decrease, -62.0%, than came super large buses, -51.6%, and 11-12-meter, -14.9%.

It can be seen from above that:
a. Sales volumes of Xiamen King Long city buses decreased 9.83%, nearly 6.6% lower than the figure in bus industry. And This was largely due to sales decrease of 11-12-meter city buses, -24.6%, less 614 units, showing that decrease in King Long city buses was the main factor influencing sales increase of its overall growth last year.
b. Sales volumes of King Long city buses increased 28.6%, while the figure in bus industry was down 1.93%; sales volumes of 8-9-meter city buses increased 36.6%, much higher than the increasing speed, 0.15%, however the absolute number were comparatively small which cannot counteract the decreasing number, so it cannot pull overall increasing of King Long city bus markets.
