It can be seen from above that: sales of first class 1 coaches were 46.2%, listing the first, and then it comes medium coaches, 38.23%; first class 2, 13.56%; and first class 3, 2.01%. And 84.43% of the 11-12m coaches were first class 1 and medium coaches.
2. Configuration analysis of 11-12m coaches
About 55% of 11-12m coaches mainly adopt China made spare parts, and the price is around 500,000-600,000 Yuan, and 70% of the coaches are used 200~300 km transport. The Customers usually don’t have strict requirement on safety and reliability. And coaches used for over 300 km, customers usually have comparatively high requirements on safety, and they prefer imported key spare parts like engines, clutches, steering system and ABS etc and air suspension.
And coaches used for over 500 km, nearly all customers have high requirements on safety, and they prefer imported spare parts like engines, gearbox, front/rear axles, brake system, steering system etc. To improve driving and riding comfort, imported air suspension, imported retarder, ABS and automatic slack adjuster.
