From above data, it is seen that  


1. Among the 11m~12m buses' various powers in main city markets in Jan.- May 2012, the general diesel fuel buses account for the main part. The proportions of the 11m~12m general diesel fuel buses in top ten cities are around for 70%, which are much bigger than gasoline buses, such as in Shanghai, the gas buses account for less than 10%.
 

2. Among the 11m~12m buses' various powers in main city markets in Jan.- June 2012, the CNG buses account for the the second biggest part. For the regional markets, due to the rich CNG resource of Southwest China, so the CNG buses' prices there are relative low as well as the operation cost. Most CNG bus builders sell their CNG buses to the local areas. Such as Yangtze CNG buses are almost put into use in Wuhan City, which contributes the development of the CNG buses in Wuhan City.


3. The 11m~12m new energy buses,the pure electric buses and LPG buses account for very small proportion of the 11m~12m buses. For LNG buses, now China carrys out coastal cities LNG buses' development such as in Guangdong Province, Fujian Province, Shanghai City, Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Shandong Province and Liaoning Province etc., which is to form LNG receiving station and transport network.

From above data, it is seen that  

1. For the 11m~12m buses, the market concentration of the mainstream bus builders in the ten big cities are all over 60% except Nanjing city, which due to more the bus builders in Jiangsu Province. 


2. For the 11m~12m buses, among the market concentration of the mainstream bus builders in the ten big cities, Wuhan City ranks the top one place and its market share reach 78.82 percent. The second one is Chongqing City, which is 77.0% and the third one is Tianjing City which is 74.0%.  


3. For the 11m~12m buses, each bus builders' market share in its local city is the biggest.Such as Sunwin Bus' market share in Shanghai City reach 31.7%, which accounts for one third of the local market.   


4. Yutong Bus ranks the top one market share in 1m~12m buses' market. Then it is followed by Higer Bus, Huanghai Bus and King Long Bus.
 

Part Five: Conclusion  


1. In Jan.- June 2012, the sales of 11m~12m buses in the top ten main regional big cities, the market concentration of them is increasing year by year and now the total market share of them is over 60%
 

2. In Jan.- June of last six years, the unit prices of the 11m~12m buses in the top ten main regional big cities are increasing year by year. Shanghai City and Shenzhen City are the most obvious.   


3. In the top ten regional big cities, the general diesel fuel buses account for the main part in the 11m~12m buses. 11m~12m CNG buses are the most popular new energy bus products.Then it is followed by hybrid buses.
 

4. In the top ten regional big cities, Yutong  11m~12m buses ranks the top one bus brand in 1m~12m buses' market. Then it is followed by Higer Bus and Huanghai Bus. The local bus builders have their own advantages to sell its buses in local areas.
