(1) Sales of Higer city buses from January to September reach 3222 units, decreasing by 29.4%, i.e. 1341 units, 25.6% higher than industrial average, which means declining city bus restrains the growth of Higer.
(2) Sales of Higer city buses decrease in all lengths, especially in 11-12m, 8-9m and 7-8m.
(3) The decreasing of Higer city buses from January to September slows down its whole growth.
