Plan to Sell Plant

CHINA Group Corp, the country's second-biggest auto maker, will sell its plant in Chengdu to its venture with Volkswagen AG for 502 million yuan (US$73 million).

 

China FAW released the price in a statement to the Tianjin Property Rights Exchange, through which it will sell the plant.
