Recently at Xiangfan Testing Branch of National Quality Control & Inspection Center for Automobiles, Yutong ZK6127H successfully passed cockpit pendulum impact test and vehicle rollover test. The two tests were conducted according to UN-ECER29 Standard Regulations on Cabin Strength of Commercial Vehicles, which is widely recognized by all European countries and a host of other nations.
Currently, China does not have any national standards for coach impact test. While conducting the tests, Yutong sends a clear message to the public that it is fully confident in the high safety standards of its products. After the tests, the coach ZK6127H still managed to operate normally, showing that the coach is of high quality and safety standards.
In the meantime, the rollover test was conducted according to National GBT17578-1998 Standards.
The two tests, marking the beginning of the bus & coach builder in exploration of new ways to beef up the safety standards of its products, will surely render itself more competitiveness in the international market.
