Michelin Tops the List in Winter Tires

J.D.PowerAsiaPacific, which is a Customer Satisfaction (CS) Investigation Company, announced the results of "Japan 2009 Winter Tires Customer Satisfaction (W-TSI) Investigation ". Michelin is top for 6 years since the beginning of this Investigation. Bridgestone is top 2.Only 2 of 7 brands, which are under Investigation exceed average level. 

 

Satisfaction elements include, "The performance on the snow surface," “The performance on icy roads," " The performance on common roads," "Beauty" and "Quality / Durability". Michelin ranks in the top in all the elements .Besides, Bridgestone exceeds average level in all the elements.  

 

Customers who bought winter tires after May, 2008, were satisfied with Bridgestone, Dunlop, Michelin and Yokohama Rubber, and they were willing to buy them again.
