The first China-made hybrid bus was exported to Singapore and the bus came from Xiamen Kinglong United Automotive Industry Co., Ltd (Kinglong for short as below). The handover ceremony was held at Kinglong factory, Xiamen, Fujian province, on June 23, 2009.

Through 2000 kilometers trial running, the performance of XMQ6121G Hybrid series inner-city bus is excellent and its fuel consumption is lower than normal bus with 25%——30%.
