The bus builder’s new leader, LI Zihao has set a very ambitious plan for the company, aiming at building it into one of the most competitive businesses in China’s bus & coach industry.
Mudan MD6703 buses on their way to customers
Not only setting high ambitions, the new Mudan Bus has also been taking concrete measures to show its determination to reestablish its past glory. In late Apr., the new born company unveiled to the public its first MD6703CJY bus and a double-decker. Sichuan Emei Tourism Development Co., Ltd. soon placed an order of 30 units of the new buses worth of RMB 5.91 million (about USD 864,996).
By the end of this year, Mudan Bus aims to restart its stock trading in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It also has set a production and sales target of 2,500 units of buses, thus realizing a sales income of over RMB 300 million (about USD 43.9084 million).
