In late 1990s, China’s bus building industry experienced a strong wave of cooperation with foreign bus giants. Xi’an Silver Bus, Yaxing Benz and Guilin Daewoo are a few examples. The partnership with overseas companies has later become a real eye-opener to China’s bus builders. Through visiting foreign bus manufacturing facilities and receiving related technical trainings, a large number of bus technicians have become acquainted with the state-of-art bus building technologies.
