English.chinabuses.com:On September 28, 2009, as signed by Wuhan East and West Lake District and Wuhan Public Transport Company, four loop bus lines benefiting the people opened in Wujiashan, and 30 Yangtze natural gas buses meeting China Ⅲ emission standard served on these lines.
The first four loop bus lines benefiting the people opened formally in East and West Lake District in Wuhan
East and West Lake District is the back garden of Hankou, facing Hanyang across Hanjiang (Han River). Surrounded by Hankou on three sides, it is the land of milk and honey in Wuhan with rivers moving unhindered. And Wujiashan Taiwannese businessmen investment zone well known through the country is located here. It’s famous for agricultural trade and packing industry. For sixth years since founded new China, especially in the last thirty years after reform and opening up, Wuhan East and West Lake District has been developing rapidly and was praised as “Small Hankou”. In 2009, District government increased investment in utility to advocate public transport to serve the people, and they also carried out public transport integration strategy to improve traffic conditions.

Currently there are over 10 public transport lines in East and West Lake District to link Hankou, Hanyang and Wuchang.

It’s learned that 30 Yangtze WG6850NHK postposition natural gas engine city air conditioner buses which meet national Ⅲ emission standard were employed. The bus is mainly used in small and medium cities, towns and suburbs.
