Sales Volumes of Buses in the First Ten Months Even Smaller

www.chinabuses.org: Statistics from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (thereafter referred to as CAAM) show that decrease of sales volumes in the first ten months became even smaller; sales volumes of buses were 26,900 units in October, down 21.65% month on month, while up 22.72% year on year.
In accordance with their statistics based on ninety-six bus builders on November 26, commercial vehicles needs decreased compared with September with striking year on year increase. Decrease of sales volumes in the first ten months became further smaller.
Sales volumes of buses in October were 26,900 units, down 21.56% month on month, up 22.72% year on year, and rate of production and marketing was 90.38%. Market needs for various kinds of bus products decreased strikingly compared with that of last month and rate of production and marketing also decreased in certain degrees with that of light buses were less than 90%. Sales volumes of all kinds of bus products increased rapidly compared with the same period last year. Sales volumes of large buses were 4,199 units in October, down 34.71% month on month, up 23.57% year on year, and rate of production and marketing was 92.47%. Sales volumes of medium buses were 5,545 units in October, down 31.78% month on month, up 31.03% year on year, and rate of production and marketing was 95.92%. Sales volumes of light buses were 17,114 units in October, down 13.05% month on month, up 20.05% year on year, and rate of production and marketing was 88.24%.
Sales volumes of buses in the first ten months were 256,700 units, down 6.26% year on year, and rate of production and marketing was 99.29%. Sales volumes of large, medium and light buses were 39,100 units, 52,200 units, and 165,400 units, down 18.13%, 12.74%, and 0.52% respectively; and the rate of production and marketing were 98.69%, 98.81% and 99.59%.
