www.chinabuses.org: News from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM for short as below) reports that China's home-grown auto price is down at the year-end sale recently. According to the related statistics, the price is down nearly 1.64 percent comparing the last month. Experts say China's auto sale in 2009 is very hot because of the government's stimulus policy, tax cut policy and trade-in policy. In the year of 2010, auto consumption tax will have a little bit higher. Hence, many customers will buy autos before the next year.

However, some auto dealers give discount to customers despite the market is hot. Many auto dealers want to clear their inventory at the year-end. This is the key reason for the price decline. According to CAAM statistics, China overtakes the United States of America to become the world's biggest auto market in this year and its annual sale hits a record high at about 13 million units.
