www.chinabuses.org: According to China government's auto stimulus policy, the consumption tax raises 2.5 percent to 7.5 percent in January, 2010. The consumption tax adjustment targets to the vehicle's engine under the 1.6 liters. Many Chinese bus experts say the consumption tax adjustment has a little bit impact about the minibus because the total price for each bus does not have lots of change.
The State Council announced at year-end that the auto stimulus packages maintain in this year and the packages include the auto subsidy for trade-ins. Mr. Li Yizhong, minister of Industry and Information Technology, says the auto stimulus packages can bolster the whole year auto sale in 2010. Many domestic minibus manufacturers hope another hot sales season in this year.
