2010-03-03    Source:www.chinabuses.org

www.chinabuses.org: Currently, the electric vehicle gets great development and many people want to have it to drive and reduce emission so that to better protect environment. Besides this, it is the importance of reducing the dependence on oil. The governments and many automakers in the world are working for improving the running ability of electric vehicle. In the year of 2010, the cost of owning and driving an electric vehicle is not likely to be cheaper than using gasoline. By the year of 2012, it will be a critical year for the commercialization of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids.

Auto experts say the related infrastructural facilities in the cities also need to be improved, such as recharging station. This is the key. So far, Chinese government starts to install recharging facilities in some big cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou etc and cooperate with the State's Grid to expand the service network. Now, many Chinese automakers are producing electric vehicles, such as Chana, BYD, Kinglong, Higer, Foton etc. All of these manufacturers will invest more about electric vehicles in the future. Many investors start to focus on this market.
