Sales Analysis of Commercial Vehicles in the First Three Quarters

www.chinabuses.org: According to statistics from Ministry of Commence, China auto markets develop well in the first nine months. And more than 13,140,000 vehicles were sold out, nearly to the sales amounts last year. Its characteristics are summarized as followings:
1. Auto sales growth fell to some extent, and the market is growing steadily. Auto sales grew 36% over last year in the first nine months, down 3.1% over the first eight months. Auto sales growth in July, August and September were 14%, 16% and 17% respectively.
2. Sales of all kind of vehicles grew, and sales of passenger vehicles were better than commercial vehicles. 9.9 million passenger vehicles were sold out, up 37%, while 3.24 million commercial vehicles were sold out, up 34%.
3. Sales of indigenous brand vehicles were rather fair with bigger markets share. 4.49 million indigenous brand vehicles were sold out from January to September, up 40% over last year, 3.7% faster than growth speed of passenger vehicles, and it took 45% of sales of passenger vehicles. 2.06 million indigenous brand sedans were purchased, up 36%, taking 30% of all sedan sales, up 1.4%.
4. Both import and export of vehicles increased largely, and imported vehicles were far more than exported vehicles. 520,000 vehicles were imported from January to August, up 140% over last year, and 350,000 vehicles were exported, up 60%. Import revenues were 36.4 billion USD, up 100%, and export revenues were 32.7 billion USD, up 47%.
5. China auto markets develop well with decreasing growth speed. According to company operation reports by 14,733 enterprises in China, their turnover amounted 2750 billion Yuan from January to August, up 47%, 14% less than the figure in the first five months.
