According to the data from the transport companies, the driving range of the new energy buses is 515,000 kilometers during six months with the fuel consumption of less than 163,000 liters while 170,000 liters for the conventional city buses. The fuel efficiency rate of new energy buses reaches 10% and reduces the emission of 198.2-ton carbon dioxide. The operated new energy city buses are equipped with air suspension adoptable for the various roads and with no black smoke when starting.
One driver reflected that it was easier to use automatic shift used in new energy buses than the manual shift and the steadiness was more outstanding. "It is good at controlling and operating with automatic adjustment technology for new energy buses."
