In big cities like Beijing, it is very likely to lead to traffic jam around primary school and middle schools in rush hours. And many presents just park their cars on motor vehicle lanes.
So as carpool situations, it is also necessary to make regulations on how to safeguard rights on passengers and some compensation on traffic accidents.
