It is very possible that sales of vehicles amounting to twenty million units in 2011, for the predicting strong policy driving in the first year of twelfth five-year plan. And some experts believe that GDP of China may achieve 9.5% this year.
Although many ones still expect strong potential of China auto markets, it is not realistic for auto dealers to make money by just selling more and more vehicles, and they have to pay more attention on marketing modes, logistics and after-sales services.
Deputy Secretary of China auto logistics committee said that the counter-traffic-jam policies are not a challenge but an opportunity for auto dealers. Auto dealers must try to change in the following three aspects: their main service customers will be changed to auto buyers from manufacturers; their operation strategies have to change from selling vehicles to service; and they have to find buyers actively rather than waiting for them.
China auto industry will change from policy-motivated to competition, and auto dealers must to improve their service quality to get more market shares.
