Foton Motors Continues Production in Chinese Spring Festival

www.chinabuses.org: It is learned that productions of Foton commercial vehicles continued during Chinese traditional Spring Festival due to their many orders. Foton received orders from Taiwan.
Sales of Foton vehicles exceeded 680,000 units in 2010, listing the biggest commercial vehicle maker in China for the six consecutive year.
It is worth mentioned that Auman GTL new energy-saving plant was started this year, and the plant will definitely shoulder more responsibilities for Foton’s development in the future.
During the twelfth five-year plan, Foton will build five major projects, including Beiqi Foton global innovation center, Beijing multi-functional vehicle plant, Beijing GDI Petrol Engine plant etc.
Foton Nanhai AUV bus plant is located in Nanhai, Guangdong Province, and this is Foton’s new energy bus production center in Southern China. After invested one billion Yuan, the plant will produce high-end monocoque new energy buses and their annual output may amount to 15,000 units.
