Weichai Power Qualified as “Enterprise with Customs AA Class Management”

www.chinabuses.org: Based on the effort over a half of one year, Shangdong Weichai Import & Export Corporation finally has passed through examination and verifying of the General Administration of Customs and got the qualification of “Enterprise with Customs AA Class Management”.
The Customs will, by following the principle of law-abidingness and convenience, formulate corresponding differential management measures for enterprises in different management categories (five management categories of AA, A, B, C and D to evaluate and classify relevant enterprises), of which the enterprises in categories of AA and A shall be subject to corresponding convenient customs clearance measures. With the AA qualification, Weichai Power is available to shorten the clear time of one or two days, reduce the customs inspection charges and port fees and it is estimated that about 1 million Yuan RMB can be saved each year for the related charges.
