Changan Industry to Transfer Changan Bus with ￥220 million Yuan

www.chinabuses.org: According to the information of listed items by Chongqing United Assets and Equity Exchange, Chongqing Changan Industry Group Co.,Ltd is going to transfer Baoding Changan Bus Co., Ltd.(Changan Bus for short), and the listed price is 225.23 million Yuan RMB.
Changan Bus is a wholly state-owned bus builder with the registered capital of 30 million Yuan, founded in 2005, referring to the manufacturing and the sales of buses, trucks, vans, electric vehicles, special vehicles, related parts, moulds, and processing supplied materials with turning-lathe.
In 2010, the operation revenue of Changan Bus comes to 810.48 million Yuan, net profits of 5.78 million Yuan. It is estimated by the asset assessment company that the book value for net assets of this company is 181.23 million Yuan and the appraisal value is 225.22 million Yuan as of 31 Oct.2010.
Based on the asset transfer notice, the assignee has to be the state-owned or state-holding automobile company that has been established for at least 10 years and owns the registered capital of more than 2 billion Yuan, net profits of no less than 10 million Yuan, gaining profits for successive three years and deposits held in banks of more than 200 million Yuan.
