65 Ankai City Buses to Serve the 7th National City Games

www.chinabuses.org: It is known from Ankai Bus that Nanchang Public Transport Company has purchased 65 Ankai buses, including thirty HFF6110G03PHEV hybrid power city buses and thirty-five HFF6114GK50 conventional city buses, which will serve the 7th National City Games about to be held in October 2011. It is the third time for this operator to buy Ankai hybrid power city buses.

It is reflected by Nanchang Public Transport Company that they have operated 19 Ankai hybrid power city buses in the high volume route around the city center for over a half of one year and positively appraised of the steady performance of products, low failure rate and good fuel economy. That is the reason why they chose Ankai hybrid power buses again.

Compared with other models, Ankai buses are outstanding in steady performance, lightweight body and good fuel economy: around one tone lighter than the bus with the same type due to monocoque body; about 2L fuel saved for one hundred kilometers. Reasonable power matching greatly enhances fuel economy, referring to engine, transmission and rear axel to make the optimal design. It adopts no chassis design on Ankai city buses to really realize low floor, big passageway and wide interior. The technologies of spraying, antiseptic treatment and high-pressure injection anticorrosion have been applied to dramatically reduce the daily operation cost and prolong the service life of the buses.
