On May 27th, Urumqi government ordered 41 18-meter JNP6180GM BRT buses from Youngman Group. Youngman bus research institute immediately held a meeting for design scheme. Everyone devoted himself into the intense work. The complete skeleton drawings were produced on June 10th, and the skeleton was folded on June 16th. Due to the customer’s high demands for these buses, the research institute had to evaluate every complete process before the next one, which made the assembly 9 days behind schedule. On June 30th, the prototype was completed, leaving 25 days for the delivery of these buses. Company leaders asked to deliver the buses on time at any cost, for 10% penalty would be charged overdue. The planning department held meetings to re-discuss the time point of production and supplies, making every link completed as planned. Ignoring the high temperature, everyone kept on working day and night. Trial production workshop director ZHOU, Shengming led over 20 persons to work till 12:00 PM for five days, refitting 18 units. It took only 11 days from blanking to batch production with the cooperation of every department.

After the delivery of the 41 buses, we get another order of 20 JNP6120LNG buses from Urumqi. Besides, 50 JNP6120M luxury tourism buses must be delivered to Chili in the middle of August.”

Besides the folding chairs with soft adjustable backrest in multi-function area, there were also many humanized facilities, such as footboard at the third door for the disabled, the elderly and children to get on, imported air-conditioners, independent heating systems and hollow glass in side windows for passengers’comfort and safety in Sinkiang.
