From 2009 to the first half of 2011, like passenger vehicles, export average price of commercial vehicles rose after decline. Export value of commercial vehicles in 2010 was 5.123 billion dollars (year-on-year rises of 25.3%), with average price declining from 18.8 thousand dollars (RMB 121.2 thousand Yuan) in 2009 to 18 thousand dollars (RMB 116 thousand Yuan). Export value of commercial vehicles in the first half of this year was 3.212 billion dollars (year-on-year rises of 36.3%) with average price rising to 18.6 thousand dollars (RMB 119.4 thousand Yuan).

Conclusion:

We can see that the proportion of export volume in total output in the first half of this year was higher than that in 2009 and 2010 and average price of commercial vehicles also rose.

Comparing with 2009 and 2010, one obvious difference of export structure in the first half of this year was export volume (203 thousand units) of passenger vehicles exceeded that (173.1 thousand units) of commercial vehicles, however, export value and average price of passenger vehicles were lower, which were 1.389 billion dollars and 6842 dollars, only 43.2% and 36.9% of those of commercial vehicles. Therefore, although average price of passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles in the first half of this year exceeded those of 2010, the overall average price declined.
