As we know, from 2009 Sunwin Company cooperated with Nanjing government and delivered around 800 buses within 2 years. At the exhibition, Sunwin displayed 8 models of new energy buses driven by natural gas and electric power, including 12-meter pure electric city bus and 12-meter hybrid city bus, etc, representing their safety, reliability, energy-saving and environmental protection.
At the exhibition, JI, Jianye got on the new energy city bus and asked for the information about driving force, energy consumption and environmental performance in details.
LUO, Qun said that Nanjing was promoting green and intelligent transportation, represented by new energy automotive. Some leading enterprises are aggressively extending themselves into new energy automotive electric control and charging station field, developing very fast. In its application, Nanjing government would take the opportunity of YOG and Asian Youth Games to promote new energy automotive and strived to form the green and intelligent public transport system for sustainable development of the city by new energy buses covering 50% of the total in 2014.
