Customer Care Service Activity is held by Xiamen King Long United Automotive Industry Co., Ltd. (King Long Bus for short), aiming to eliminated the hidden fire danger and guarantee safe driving in summer. Since staring in Shanghai on 27th June, such activity has been carried on in seven sales regions (Northeast China, North China, East China, South China, Central China, Southeast China and Northwest China). Gao Gengwu, vice chairman of Shijiazhuang Feilu Transport Company said “Since foundation over ten years before, we have a strict maintenance system of the motor vehicles and one of our King Long buses (XMQ6115) has been operated for 2.4 million kilometers without heavy repairs. Through this activity, we got more about safe operation in summer, improving our capability to handle emergent accidents.”
