According to “School Bus Safety Project" plan, all rural boarding schools in Fujian have to be open shuttle buses service on weekend which is extended to all the bus administrative villages. It is planed to gradually upgrade all the compulsory education school buses and kindergarten school buses in rural & urban areas to national standard safety school buses in three years.
At the same time, Fujian is formulating the school bus safety management measures for the implements and further standardizes the safety management on school buses.According to the official who is responsible on “School Bus Safety Project", it is learnt that in 2012, when the school purchases national standard school buses, it will be able to obtain ten thousand Yuan or more subsidy. Not only public school can enjoy the compensation, but all of the private school can also enjoy it. It is preliminarily planed to upgrade more than 1000 units of school buses by RMB 30 million in 2012.
