Zhongtong buses of all kinds were produced from Jan. to June, up 33.1% over last year, and 5,972 units were sold, up 35.1%. Sales growth of school buses, large coaches and new energy buses contributed the most.
10,022 school buses were sold from Jan to May, and Yutong, Changan and Zhongtong ranked the top three on sales of school buses.
Zhongtong Bus started to focus on school buses since 2008, and they have sent professional personnel and marketing stuff to investigate school bus markets, and they design and produce the school bus by taking example of American school buses' design and standards.
Currently Zhongtong owns 16 school buses with national announcement, covering six to ten meters, including both long-nose and flat-head products. And their 8-meter school bus is the first one in China.
Sales of Zhongtong new energy buses are rather hot from Jan. to June this year, and this can be contributed to continuous efforts by Zhongtong stuffs.
