In July, 252,300 commercial vehicles were produced and 259,200 commercial vehicles were sold in China ; 7.40 percent and 11.65 percent lower than respective sales figures for June; 1.32 percent and 1.63 percent lower than respective monthly sales figures for last July.
A total of 2,183,100 commercial vehicles were produced and 2,244,300 commercial vehicles were sold in the first seven months of the year. 7.76 percent and 9.43 percent lower than respective the amount produced and sold in the first seven months of 2011.
In July, the production of buses slightly increased but the sales decreased compared to June. But it increased compared to the same period of last year.
The top ten commercial vehicles manufacturers in July sales are Beiqi Foton, Dongfeng Motor, JAC, Brilliance Jinbei, Jiangling, FAW, Great Wall Motors, Chang'an, SAIC GM Wuling and Nanjing Auto.
