The Trade and Economic Cooperation Conference is now one of the biggest event. This year, it is the 9th time that this activity has been held. The accumulative projects has been signed in the series of the cooperation conference were 612 with the total investment over USD 7.5 billion. The related data shows that by June this year, Jiangxi Province has brought into 2,913 projects with the total investment were RMB 7.489 billion.
In this conference, Bonluck Bus also continues to work with Formosa Plastics Group on the new energy buses, especially the pure electric bus project. Two years ago, Bonluck started to cooperate with Formosa Plastics Group. Formosa Plastics Group also have manufactured the lithium iron battery materials, which is the new development of the new energy vehicle.
Formosa Plastics Corporation was founded in 1954. At start-up in 1957, its plant produced 4 MT/day of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, the smallest PVC plant in the world at that time. With over 40 years of development, the Formosa Plastics Group is now the largest private enterprise in Taiwan. The Group includes Formosa Chemicals &Fibre Corporation, Formosa Petrochemical Corporation, and more than 20 other investments in Taiwan, the united States, China, and Indonesia, in addition to several large educational and medical organizations.
