Senior Vice President of Michelin (China) Xia, Maoyan said: "We held Michelin Truck&Bus Service Store National Skills Competition in the first half of 2012. This time the requirements are even higher, for safety is what Michelin cares about the most. We'd like to inspire these stores to improve their service and skills through fair competition to provide much safer guidance and service to customers."
It's said 108 stores from 81 cities attended the competition. After 11 preliminary contests, 12 technicians had the access to the final contests. And there are one champion, two second places and three third places.
In May 2007, the first Michelin Truck&Bus Service Store was established in Sanhe City, Hebei Province. Nowadays, there are 115 stores nationwide, covering 84 cities. Some countries such as Thailand, India and Middle East, etc. take example by the mode as well.
