Summarize:IAA dates back to 1897, merely 12 years after German engineer Karl Friedrich Benz invented world's first practical modern vehicle. The history of IAA is almost as much as the one of world auto industry. For German brands such as Benz and Volkswagen, IAA is the home field.

In Europe, being drivers, especially commercial vehicle drivers, is a decent job with good salary. Truck drivers are proud of their unique culture. IAA is like a festival party of commercial vehicles.
In IAA 2012, except that SETRA released the latest Comfort Class500 model, all the other European mainstream bus manufacturers improved their technologies instead of launching new models. Euro VI engines, hybrid and pure-electric vehicles spotlighted the exhibition.
All the manufacturers tried hard to reveal their endeavor in new-energy. Renowned commercial vehicle enterprises such as BENZ, MAN, SCANIA, VOLVO exhibited all kinds of pure-electric and hybrid buses, trucks and vans, etc.
During the exhibition, we can see China's leading bus manufacturer Golden Dragon is comparable to International tycoons in R&D and marketing of new-energy technologies. In early 2007, Golden Dragon used super capacitor for hybrid energy storage. The stability and excellent energy-efficiency grasp the attention at home and abroad.
What a coincidence is that European mainstream bus manufacturers launched the hybrid bus models in the similar design ideas with Golden Dragon, such as MAN Lion's City Hybrid and SCANIA Ethanol Hybrid Bus, etc. Golden Dragon gains the respect and recognition from European bus manufacturers in the innovation and breakthrough of hybrid technologies.
