The Baoding Bus Company held the biding for the LNG buses which would be replaced the traditional diesel buses. Among the eleven bus builders, Dangdong Huanghai Bus finally won the 391 units of the 10 meters long LNG buses' bid.
It is estimated that by the end of 2012, 689 units of LNG air condition buses will be put into use in Baoding City. Among them, 391 units are from Huanghai Bus. This time, purchasing large amount LNG buses by Baoding City is a important step in construction the city public transportation. The LNG buses aim to improve the air environment as well as the public transportation.
Baoding City is now completing the related LNG equipment in the local area, such as the gas station construction, the training on the drivers and technical personnels as well as the after service system to make sure the LNG buses drive on the road smoothly.
