"In these demo cities, we build the charging equipments. And in the process, we explore the value chain system of electric vehicles." Wan, Gang said.
In July 2012, the Chinese Government officially released the 12th five-year strategic emerging industry development plan, including new-energy auto industry as one important part. Wan, Gang stressed the next few years were the key strategic period for global auto industry upgrade and incubation period for China's new-energy auto industry.
"China auto market is grand, open and competitive one. We welcome auto engineers and scientists all over the world to participate in the R&D of electric vehicles." Said Wan, Gang.
