Sales of China School Buses to Grow 40% in 2013

www.chinabuses.org: This is maybe the first year for sales of school bus in 2012. 31 of the 50 bus builders are producing school buses, and 26,695 school buses were sold in 2012, taking 11.69% of sales of buses over 5 meters.
School Bus Safety Management Regulation was released in 2012, together with some other like laws and regulations, which can make sure sales and development of school buses.
Yutong, Changan and Zhongtong Bus took the first three places on sales of school buses, and their market shares are over 50%, and sales of each of the three bus builders are over 2,000 units.
It predicts that sales of school buses will be increase 40% in 2013, and there are 500,000 to 600,000 school buses inventory currently, and the annual renewl will be 70,000 to 80,000 units each year.
