General Manager of Chongqing Wuzhoulong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. Xie, Guolin said the first batch of Wuzhoulong new-energy city buses were well received in Hohhot. In the interview, some citizens said this kind of hybrid new-energy city bus is advantageous in good performance, less noise and environmental protection.
"Gas-electricity hybrid city bus is the best-seller of the company." Xie, Guolin told the reporter that new-energy programs are under construction nationwide. Besides, Wuzhoulong school buses and other new-energy buses are sold to Hunan, Hubei and Shenyang, etc. In 2012, there were 28 new-energy buses used for public transit in Hechuan.
