After the first-step reform, Hengtong E-bus Company produced 500 new-energy buses last year, including 25 pure-electric buses and 475 hybrid city buses, which were used in Chongqing City.
In order to meet the market requirements, the company started the second-step reform in October. In the new-built plants, there would be many new production lines and 12 equipments added.
