After National IV series of Wuxi diesel engines enter in bus market, its environmental protection and high performance are highlights among Chinese bus market end users. Among the 127 sets of Wuxi diesel engines, 94 sets of them are CA6DLD engines which reach National IV emission standard. The technology of the CA6DLD engines is in the leading place in the engine market.
The introduced AVL Cruise computation software can optimize the matching conditions of the whole machine and achieve the most economically fuel consumtion under the premise of meeting the power condition. The four-valve technology and electronically -controlled natural gas system can enhance the gas filling efficiency, precisely control the combustion process and lower the fuel consumption. Adopt electronic–control high-voltage common rail + EGR exhaust after treatment technology or EGR to realize national Ⅳ standard emission, with the potential national V emission upgrading.
