In this exhibition, the company launched N300-series, 5m city elf and 7m city pilot models, which marks Hengtong's market layout and product structure in 2013.
Based on the good quality, Hengtong insists on exploring the best market layout. General Manager Zheng Xianguo realizes the shrinking of bus market in large-and-medium cities, and he focuses on conquering the markets of two-and-three-tier cities and towns.
Quality improvement doesn't work out without raised efficiency and the latter depends on scientific management. Mr.Zheng knows only the solidarity of all the staff can push the company operate effectively.
Data shows Hengtong made a year-on-year sales growth in 2013 when other manufacturers were suffering from the bad performance, which is attributed to Mr.Zheng's innovative reform in management.
