And the company paid great attention to the training of maintenance staff.
Jiangtian has a affiliated technical school, where workers of the company could receive trainings of all kinds, such as LNG, CAN and etc.Also, strict rules are implemented for trainings. The trainings, as the vice GM of the company said, is of great importance to the development of the company.
Xie, head of customer service of Higer, told reporter that Higer has been attaching great importance to training of customers. Numerous trainings has been carried out since 2010. around 327 staff of Jiangtian has attended 11 trainings of Higer, which helped Jiangtian to achieve a better management and maintenance of buses.
