Panjin government attached great importance to school bus security issue. Based on site visit and deliberation of three school bus manufacturers including Huanghai school buses, school bus procurement contracts were inked in the end. And Huanghai achieved 100 orders among all.
In order to promote the new standard school buses and make sure the children could take the buses safety; Panjin City has organized six conferences anglicizing the issue of the school bus safety operation. At last, the governments at all levels in Panjin City offered funds, the Education Bureau took the lead to coordinate the investigating group, formed by the government purchasing center, the operation company and the traffic police on the school bus bidding.
