Pirelli Invests 200m USD in Brazil tire manufacturing

 www.chinabuses.org: Italian tire manufacturer Pirelli recently announced that it would plan to invest 200 million USD in manufacturing radial tire of truck and bus in Brazil, which is to be completed in 2015.

What’s more, spokesman of Pirelli said that plants in St. Andrew of Sao Paulo and Gravata of Rio Grande do Sul had already manufactured the tire mentioned above. It is expected that Series 01 radial tire would be widely used in South America in 2014.

Simultaneously, Pirelli stated that new tire would decrease 2% fuel consumption and would be manufactured by SBR.
