Joint Venture by Yuchai and Hoifu Energy Develops International Investment Business

 www.chinabuses.org: It is learned that joint venture signing ceremony by Yuchai and Hoifu Energy was held in Hong Kong on Nov. 18th of 2013, where Yan Ping, board chairman of Yuchai, Wang Hong, chief accountant and other leaders were present.

Joint venture mainly deals with international investment business, such as investing selling engines, mechanic equipment, special vehicle, parts, energy and petrochemicals.

Hoifu Energy Group Limited ("Hoifu Energy") (stock code: 00007) is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Hoifu Energy is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production, international trading of oil and natural gas, stockbroking, futures and options broking, mutual funds, insurance-linked investment plans and products trading, securities margin financing and provision of corporate finance advisory services.
