The second layer is made up by the service managers who are sent by Higer and stationed at various places across China. As these managers are held responsible for keeping a close track on Higer bus products, they are able to 60%-80% of the normal problems encounters by new energy bus operators. Moreover, these managers are in close contact with customers and are able to provide interactive training program for related personnel.
The third layer is called network service system. Currently, Higer boasts one or two professional service stations in each and every market area. Before establishment, all these service stations have gone through several rounds of assessments and have passed a number of theoretical and operational tests. From hardware facilities to the overall ability of those staff members, these stations are competent to serve new energy bus fleet.
