“Made-in-China 2025 Initiative” Prompts Golden Dragon to Cultivates its Talent Pool

On Apr. 24, a big ceremony was held in Xiamen to mark the opening of the 2015 engineering postgraduate class of Fuzhou University-Xiamen Golden Dragon. Yao Ligang, Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation of Fuzhou University, Zhao Yun, Vice Dean of the school, and two teachers Ren Zhiying and Lin Chengzhong paid a special visit to Xiamen to attend the opening ceremony. Ye Hongting, General Manager of Golden Dragon made a keynote speech at the opening ceremony.
Yao Ligang, Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation of Fuzhou University, made a detailed introduction of the strengths his school and the postgraduate cultivation plan. He pointed out that the school had always been attaching great importance to cooperating with enterprises. The newly opened Fuzhou University-Golden Dragon engineering postgraduate class will be taught by a professional team of the school, according Mr. Yao. Ye Hongting, General Manager of Golden Dragon thanked professors and teachers from Fuzhou University for coming to attend the ceremony. He also sent his congratulations to all students and expressed his sincere hopes for everybody and wished them all success. By taking full advantage of rich resources of Fuzhou University, Golden Dragon is confident that it will further strengthen its R&D capacity and help it solve a number of key pressing issues. In doing so, it aims at reaching a win-win situation with Fuzhou University.
The 2015 Fuzhou University-Golden Dragon engineering postgraduate class is composed of 22 students, who are all excellent engineers from various departments from Golden Dragon. The opening of the postgraduate class is one of the key measures of the bus maker to build its talent pool.
