In February, the bus maker made a detailed arrangement for customer care during the peak travel season. All these measures have ensured the smooth operation of all its vehicles.
On February 13, a customer in Beijing urgently needed some spare parts for Higer buses. After receiving the request, Beijing Higer After-sales Service Center immediately responded and arranged an express delivery of the required spare parts from Suzhou. According to Higer, it had over 10 million RMB worth spare parts in store and further strengthened the communication between 91 Higer Spare Parts Distribution Centers across the nation to ensure the fast and timely delivery. During the seven-day spring festival, Higer Suzhou Distribution Center sent 1,835 spare parts to Higer customers in various cities in China.
On the evening of February 25, when Mr. Qian from Xuchang, Henan Province, drove Higer KLQ6122D in Tongren, Guizhou, the bus failed to start. The driver immediately reached Higer Call Center for help. In a very short time, Higer’s service engineer Zhang Tianbing arrived at the scene and helped the driver find out the reason behind the failure and the bus soon resumed its travel.
On January 8, Higer Baoding Service Station carried out a thorough health check on all Higer buses operated by Baoding Transport Group. According to Chen Liang, the person-in-charge of the service station, Higer sent its service engineers to its customers before the spring festival in the past ten years, helping them do the trouble-shooting work and make sure a safe and pleasant journey for all passengers.
