The annual Spring Festival Travel Rush officially came to an end on March 1. Along with people’s fast rising living standards, people are no longer just content with being able to travel. Instead, more and more people pursue a new way of traveling which provides more travel comforts and delivers services in a more timely manner.
According to Higer, the bus maker has launched a series of programs during this year’s Spring Festival Travel Rush, including free maintenance services, G-BOS Intelligent Operation Monitoring System, instant interaction with customers on wechat, 24 hour online services, etc. For the over-one-month-long travel rush, no accident or complaint has been reported about Higer.
Always attaching the top priority to passengers’ safety, Higer dispatched a number of experienced service personnels to its 100-plus service stations and thousands of customers for one-on-one checkup. Any possible safety risks have been removed.
Bad weather usually occurs during the travel rush. To deal with any emergencies, Higer made sure that all its vehicles have been well maintained and thoroughly checked before hitting the road. On January 16, to deliver a batch of Higer electric buses to Dalian, the bus maker made sure that its service engineers were fully prepared to offer help along the road from Suzhou to Dalian. After traveling over 1,100 kilometers, all vehicles arrived at the destination safely.
On January 27, a seven-meter Higer bus needed a replacement for its spare parts in Nanjing. Higer service engineers traveled by train to Nanjing at night on the same day and mounted the new spare parts on the vehicle at 5:30 am the very next day, making sure that the vehicle ready for service without any delay.
Despite the fact that the Spring Festival is usually a time of family reunion for many Chinese families, Higer had over 20 service engineers and over 70 customer care engineers were on duty, making sure passengers on the road have a safe trip back home.
